How to Grocery Shop on Flexible Nutrition!

A lot of you struggle with knowing what to shop for at the grocery store.

You hear the common grocery shopping tips like “Make sure to shop along the perimeters of the store since its more fruits and vegetables.”

Or

“Don’t go down the middle of the aisles because there’s junk food.”

We’ve been going to the grocery store the past decade every week and have worked with over a thousand clients so we have some experience and ninja tips under our belts with this 😊

Here’s what we suggest if you’re following flexible nutrition:

Get your high-quality protein sources such as:

  • Chicken
  • Eggs
  • Dairy sources

Get your complex carbohydrate sources such as:

  • Oats
  • Rice
  • Whole grain breads

Get your healthy fat sources such as:

  • Nuts
  • Oils
  • Some fats from animal sources

Then get some of the fruits and vegetables you prefer and of course get a couple of fun foods that are considered semi junk food that you prefer since this is the beauty behind following flexible nutrition.
