Today we are excited to share our client and friend, Lisa Hlifka’s 18 week Figure Prep Journey. What’s really awesome about working with Lisa is she has a ton of experience under her belt and she was a late bloomer with flexible nutrition. Once she found that flexible nutrition really resonated with her goals and lifestyle, she flourished!
