David Talks About His Fitness Journey
Today is another amazing and motivating DDT members fitness success journey.
David is a UCLA instructor who teaches motion graphics and design.
When I first met David, his biggest fear was failing at this 12 week dieting phase that we set out to do together.
12 weeks of dieting is a definite commitment, I don’t care what anyone says, so I could relate with David fearing failure within it.
But, I saw how bad he wanted to be in the best shape of his life, his level of commitment to execute, and I knew I had the tools and skill set as a coach to help him.
So we put together a 12 week game plan for David and he absolutely CRUSHED it!
He gained the following results:
- He lost 20 pounds in 12 weeks
- He learned that fitness is more than just exercise and nutrition, he gained the mindset and lifestyle benefits from it
- He learned a ton about nutrition, not having to restrict the foods he liked, and constantly deprive himself
- He now has a set of tools that wont ever allow him to regain the lost weight back
