Megan Talks About Her Fitness Journey

 

Hey there ladies and gentleman! I am excited to share my client and friend, Megan Kempen’s success story with you. Megan first came to me with a huge goal of wanting to step on stage for the first time with a Bikini Contest Prep Show!

I love working with first time competitors because I have a ton of experience doing so and it’s very gratifying to see their entire journey and see their complete transformation physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually 😊

And Megan did amazing throughout her 20-week prep battling, testing herself, and never quitting!

I always tell my first-time competitors to look at their first show as a pure learning curve and to really enjoy the entire journey, both ups and downs because ultimately that is what you look back at and appreciate when it’s all said and done.

I respect Megan so much because she really understood my advice and guidance and I know she enjoyed her first experience doing a Bikini Prep Show. Megan is also a full-time mom with 3 kids and wife. Yup! She’s pretty bad ass lol!

And the best part is Megan did very well and placed in her class and walked away with some hardware 😉

 

 

After 20 Weeks:

  • She lost 19 lbs
  • She lost 2 inches off her waist and 1.5 inches off her hips
  • She gained more strength
  • She increased more muscle mass all around
  • She never had to restrict the foods she liked
  • She gained more knowledge with exercise and nutrition
  • She accomplished a huge goal she has always wanted to do
  • She has gained better habits all around
  • She is more of a badass 😉
