HIIT It Up!

 

What time is it!? HIIT TIME!!! We said what Time is it!? HIIT TIME!!!

Alright ladies gents, as we promised in the video, here are the HIIT protocols that we performed for sled dragging and regular sprints!

 

Sled Dragging

5-10 min brisk walk warm-up

4 intervals of 10-30 second all out sprints with sled

Walk anywhere from 2-4 minutes in-between intervals to get your heart rate back down and breath back . Then repeat sprints

5-10 min brisk walk cool-down

 

Sprinting

5-10 min brisk walk warm-up

4 intervals of 10-30 second all out sprints
