Getting in the Best Shape of his Life for his Wedding and How he did it!

Rudy is a close and dear friend of both Eric and I’s and when he contacted me to help him get in the best shape of his life for his wedding, I couldn’t wait to help him out.

Rudy and I had 12 weeks to work together and get him in shape for his wedding.

He initially wanted to lose 10-12 pounds, but once we were dialed in with the exercise and nutrition program, he built some good habits and systems around his work, school, lifestyle, and preferences…it created a snow ball effect and he ended up dropping 22 pounds 😊

I’m extremely proud of Rudy for wanting to get in shape for his wedding, reaching out for help, never quitting, never making excuses, and following through on the plan we mapped out together.
