Dynamic Pre/Post Workout Meal 2


There’s always skepticism about what to eat pre and post workout. Should you eat protein, carbs, fats, fibrous foods, low GI, high GI, the list can go on for days and we aren’t going to get into that topic here. All we are going to do is provide you with is a solid pre or post workout meal that will do you just fine 🙂


2 Lundberg Brand Brown Rice Cakes

80g Banana (slice in round circles)

1 TBSP Trader Joe’s Almond Butter

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein mixed with water

Sprinkle Cinnamon on Top


Macronutrient numbers:

Protein- 31g Carbs- 52g Fat- 10g

If you’re on a low carb or ketogenic diet, then just take out the banana or have just 1 rice cake. If you’re in a calorie surplus, then have a larger banana or more rice cakes.
