There’s always skepticism about what to eat pre and post workout. Should you eat protein, carbs, fats, fibrous foods, low GI, high GI, the list can go on for days and we aren’t going to get into that topic here. All we are going to do is provide you with is a solid pre or post workout meal that will do you just fine 🙂
Ingredients:
1 cup of Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters
120g Banana
1 cup Almond Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
Cinnamon
Macronutrient numbers:
Protein- 29g Carbs- 78g Fat- 3.5
If you’re on a low carb or ketogenic diet, then just take out the banana or reduce the fiber one serving.
