Dynamic Overnight Quick Oats


A lot of people have to train early in the a.m, some even as early as before having to go into their 8-5 jobs. It’s hard finding time to put together a quality and effective pre workout meal together as well as having a big appetite. So we put together a preworkout snack meal that consists of a high-quality protein source, a mix of slow and fast digesting carbohydrates to keep energy high during training as well as getting some quick glucose into the bloodstream. So we present to you the Dynamic Overnight Quick Oats recipe! Prepare this preworkout snack meal the night before and either pop it in the microwave or eat it cold in the morning. Enjoy 🙂



¼ serving Oats

¼ serving Frozen Blueberries

½ serving Lemon Meringue Pie Protein

¼ serving Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt

½ serving Vanilla Unsweetened Almond milk


How to prepare it:

1) Put oats in mixing bowl with blueberries, add water and heat in microwave for 3 minutes

2) Add protein, yogurt and almond milk, stir and leave in fridge overnight
