This month we want to introduce to everybody the “Dynamic Omelette.” You might be thinking, “Well, what’s so dynamic about it?” Truth is the dynamic part is it’s healthy, you will know what you put in it, and it’s absolutely delicious! We know you can go to your local breakfast joint and get a great omelette, but how do you really know what ingredients go in it? The answer is, you don’t know. So why not cook your own and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home. Enjoy the recipe ladies and gents!
Ingredients: (makes 1 omelette)
3 Egg Yolks (15g Fat, 21g Protein)
1 Egg white (4g Protein)
Peppered turkey bacon (4g Fat, 16g Protein)
Shredded mozzarella cheese (1g carbs, 6g Fat, 8g Protein)
Sliced bell peppers (2g carbs)
Sliced mushrooms (2g carbs)
Sliced Onions (2g carbs)
