Dynamic Night Time Protein Shake


Protein shakes, where would we be without them? Who knows, who cares, they are good, easy to make, and effective! Many people are afraid to eat at night, carbs and fats happen to scare people, but not so much protein. Well, time to show you guys how the “Dynamic Night Time Protein Shake” is made. If you are afraid to use this recipe because it is a night time shake, then stick to starving yourself before bed J


1 scoop of Casein Protein (preferably Vanilla) or whey protein is fine

1 cup of Almond Milk

1 or 2 tablespoons of almond butter

1 oz. Raw rasberries

½ cup of Oatmeal
