Now, we know you can get French toast at restaurants, but like we have said in the past, do you really know how it’s being prepped or made? Why not just make it in the convenience of your own home with your own healthy nutritious ingredients? Also, regular French toast is made with white or sourdough bread. Not ours though, we make it with the healthiest kind of bread you can get “Sprouted Whole Wheat or Ezekiel Bread.” Check out the ingredients and enjoy one of the most important meals of the day folks!
5 slices Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread or Ezekiel Bread
1 Whole Egg, 1 cup of Almond Milk, 1 scoop of Whey Protein
1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon of Splenda
