Very tasty indeed, but they’re loaded with sugar, high in fat, no protein and low in fiber. This is where we give you the recipe for a dynamic blueberry protein muffin to get a great source of complex carbs, high in fiber, low in fat, and high in protein. Ingredients:

½ cup raw oats

¼ cup of wheat bran

1 scoop vanilla whey protein

¾ cup of egg whites

4 tbsp splenda or stevia

¼ cup wheat flour

¼ tsp baking soda

1 cup blueberries

How to prepare it:

1. Large bowl 2. Add in all ingredients besides blueberries 3. slowly fold & stir 4. add in blueberries 5. slowly stir & fold again 6. Pour into muffin tin 7. bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes 8. Grub time!
