Dynamic Beef Stir Fry

 

It’s that time of the month again and we are back with a delicious dish that we like to call the Dynamic Beef Stir Fry! The great thing about stir fry’s are you can do many different things with them, such as: Use different protein sources like chicken, fish, beef, turkey, eggs. You can use white or brown rice and you can use different vegetables. All of these ingredients make for a delicious, easy, and healthy recipe. We recommend trying this meal as a pre or post workout meal.

Ingredients:

186g White Rice

140g Lean Bison Beef

86g Fresh bell peppers

86g Stir fry vegetable mix

2 Egg yolks
