50g Coconut Flour
¼ Cup of Justin’s Maple Almond Butter
2 Whole Eggs
¼ Cup of Honey
½ Cup of unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 Scoop of Whey Protein (choice of flavor)
2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
How to prepare it:
Large bowl or mug, mix all ingredients together, then fill each baking cup evenly or weigh each one out. Pre Heat oven to 400 degrees and let them cook for 15-20 minutes.
