How’s it going ladies and gents! Today I am thrilled to share my client and friend, Megan Anderson’s 6 week Bikini Prep Journey and entire lifestyle change. I know you are looking at the 6 weeks and say wow! The cool part about this story is Megan applied for our annual athlete sponsorship and we chose her to represent DDT. Megan was already in very good condition prepping for a show so I told her I would help her out the rest of the 6 weeks and she did awesome!
I mentioned Megan was a sponsored athlete and I am a huge believer that people are brought into our lives for a reason. Well, this was a perfect example of this and it has been a blessing coaching and getting to know and to watch Megan grow as a person, athlete, coach, and entrepreneur! Megan had so many curve balls thrown her way the majority of 2016 and was tested with some major adversity. Megan could have easily thrown the towel in and quit, many others would have. I didn’t let her and was by her side every step of the way pushing her and encouraging her. I knew if she kept battling for her goals she would have an amazing story to tell one day and inspire so many others like she inspired me. I will let Megan tell more of her story below but what an honor it was coaching her and seeing such courage in an individual. Thanks for being so awesome Megan!
Waist circumference 25 inches
Waist circumference 24 inches
We like to show these stats because too often we see misleading information about weight loss or contest prep success stories. The moral of Megan’s story is she did extremely well in her first show, then life tested her with many obstacles but she never ever quit. Megan kept fighting to reach the stage again in July and she did! All of the adversity Megan went through made her a stronger individual, a better coach, hungrier entrepreneur, and gave her a different outlook on her lifestyle and vision going forward.

I got a lot more out of working with Team DDT than just a workout program and accountability.
Eric came into my life at the perfect time. I like to think the universe brings you exactly what you need when you’re ready for it.
I am truly grateful for my experience with Dynamic Duo Training. Like Eric and Chris, I am an online coach as well and what I learned from these two really helped catalyze my life to a level I did not know was possible.
A few things I learned from working with Team DDT:
- How important it is to respond to clients ASAP, communication creates trust and trust creates loyal and happy clients
- How to better structure and periodize a workout program
- How to create better, lasting habits to improve health and mindset every day
- What it means to truly hustle
- I learned how to become a better coach myself (video check-ins literally changed the name of the game and helped me to build better relationships with my clients and I have them to thank for this amazing concept)
I started with Team DDT at the lowest point in my life. I had just ended a long term relationship. I was depressed and building a start-up company from scratch all while trying to navigate and survive living in the city of Las Vegas.
Eric helped prep me for a bikini show in January with the end goal being stepping on stage for my first ever national level bikini competition a few months later. The show in January went great from but then life decided to test my limits. A craigslist deal on an apartment went sour and after moving in I got a notice on the door to vacate. The girl I trusted and gave all my savings in cash too was not paying rent prior and I had 24 hours to vacate. Suddenly I was back to being homeless and broke. I went into a whirl wind of emotional eating and doubting myself and my life choices. Thank goodness for Eric.
All he had to say was…. “think of how many more people you can inspire with this story that you couldn’t of before.” I knew I had to do it. Won’t lie it was the hardest prep of my life and I did not come in looking as good as I did in January but for what life was throwing at me, it sure left me proud of myself. Eric helped me realize and learn so much more throughout that process than earning a trophy.
Ultimately, I want to thank you for helping me gain clarity on my passion and purpose. Believing and supporting me and leading by example.
