Chilaquiles Dinamicos

Oh ma lawd! Who is in the mood for some Hispanic food? This month’s recipe consists of a famous traditional Mexican dish known as Chilaquiles. But we have to make these dynamic since the original dish is pretty much on the not healthy side of things. Therefore we bring you “Chilaquiles Dinamicos” aka Dynamic Chilaquiles. These have a high-quality protein source, complex carbs, high in fiber, and loaded with healthy saturated and mono-unsaturated fats. Ingredients:

3 Whole wheat tortillas

2 Servings of low fat mozzarella cheese

1 Egg yolk

5 Egg whites

El pato sauce (as much as you like)

1 TBSP Guacomole
