If you are a cherry fan, cheesecake fan, and need a nice pre or post workout snack, then you may want to try this delicious-mouthwatering, “Quick No Bake Cherry Cheesecake.”

So many of us live crazy and hectic lives and making all these incredible looking recipes would be awesome, but, we lack the time. Here’s a quick and simple recipe that still tastes amazing, has great balance of calories and only requires 5 ingredients. Lets go!

Macros for Cheesecake:

29g carbs

6g fat

32g protein

At right under 300 calories



Ingredients for Cheesecake Base

  • 8oz Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt Vanilla
  • 1oz Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 6g Fat Free Sugar Free Cheesecake Jello Pudding Mix
  • 15g Vanilla Prot
  • 5g Zero Cal Sweetener

Ingredients for Topping

  • Sugar Free Cherry Pie Filling
  • Optional: Sprinkles, Whip Cream


1.) Literally Mix all ingredients into a bowl *except the topping and mix thoroughly

2.) Once Mixed completely and the chunks are gone, add the Cherry Topping

3.) The best part, Enjoy!
