Apple Crumb Cake
Have you heard the old saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away?”
Well, lucky for you, the macro recipe wiz, Marciano, has just came up with this amazing and delicious “Apple Crumb Cake.”
This recipe is under 200 calories, so its perfect to have a sliver of this every day as a reward meal 🙂

With spring well upon us and summer just around the corner what better than a cake for May?
Macros piece out of 4:
Right at 170 calories
Yes!!! That’s right That’s hard to beat!
Ingredients for Cake Mix:
- 30g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 60g Pumpkin Puree
- 30g Greek Yogurt
- 15g Coconut Flour
- 1 Egg
- 46g Egg Whites
- ¾ Cup Zero Cal Sweetener
- 3g Baking Soda
Ingredients for Frosting:
9oz Greek Yogurt (Dannon light and fit)
9g Fat Free Sugar Free Jello Pudding
15g Chocolate Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Zero Cal Sweetener
Ingredients for Topping:
- 1 Graham Cracker Crushed
- 200g Sugar Free Apple Pie Filling
1.) Mix all cake ingredients into a bowl and mix till you get cake batter consistency
*depending on protein you may have to add some additional liquid
2.) Split the batter between your two cake pans
3.) Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 min or until toothpick comes out clean
4.) While cake is cooking add all frosting ingredients into a bowl and mix until you get frosting like consitency
5.) Once cooked add about 1/3 of frosting in between the two cakes and add half of your apple pie filling and some graham crackers
6.) Frost the rest of the cake and add the rest of the toppings
7.) Cut into fourths and enjoy
