I’m really excited to share my friend and client, Morgan Kelly’s amazing and resilient fitness journey.
Morgan had a rough year in 2016 where she developed a Binge Eating Disorder, lost a lot of confidence and motivation, and gained close to 50 pounds after her bikini competition.
Whats so awesome about Morgan is she could have threw in the towel and quit.
But she is a fighter and she has a relentless mindset, something everyone needs in their fitness journey.
In 2017, she had one heck of a year and saw a therapist, worked on herself, gained more mental clarity, overcame her eating disorder, got her confidence back, and ended up losing 30 pounds.
I can’t say this enough, I am beyond proud of her, and I can’t wait to be a part of her fitness journey in 2018.
