How’s it going ladies and gents! Today we are excited to share our client and friend, Vic Sanchez’s 10 week dieting phase journey!
Vic came to us with a frustration of hitting a weight loss plateau. With some structure, education, guidance, science, and accountability we knew we could guide Vic and he would thrive! So we set him up using flexible dieting for her daily nutrition, programmed her a properly periodized strength training protocol, strategically implemented cardio throughout his 10 week dieting phase, and he ended up doing very well losing 10 pounds overall.
The moral of Vic’s story is he lost a significant amount of body fat, maintained lean body mass, and never had to deprive himself from foods he enjoyed during his weight loss phase. Vic also developed a ton of great nutritional habits such as meal frequency, nutrient timing, the science behind macro counting, and much more.
We’re extremely proud of Vic and it’s been an honor coaching him and being a part of his journey.
