2 Years of Hard Work, Consistency, and Patience within Training and Nutrition Pays off For Full-Time College Student

 

How’s it going ladies and gents! Today we are excited to share our client and friend, Henrik Kovak’s 2 year journey. Henrik has really been the prime example of hard work, using science within training and nutrition, patience, and consistency over time. Not once did he ever complain or make any excuses while he was working and going to school full time. His hard work has paid off these past 2 years by increasing muscle mass, increasing overall strength, building great relationships with foods, educating himself, and making significant changes to his physique.
